Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Late Arrivals - if you are running late, please contact us at 604-761-2125. A 24-hour cancellation policy is applied to all treatments. APPOINTMENT CANCELLED LESS THAN 24 HOURS, WILL BE SUBJECTED TO A $50 LATE CANCELLATION FEE. NO SHOWS ARE SUBJECT TO $50.
